Regina Sikalesele-Vaka is the chairman of the BAYGOC, her role as the chairman is to lead the committee to the successful hosting and delivery of the games, her vast private sector experience in various leadership across parastatals and multi-national private companies makes her well suited to this task. She is amongst others responsible for leading the entire committee in solicitation of sponsorship and liaising with chairmen of various sub-committees to competently deliver in their respective mandates. Her philosophy is to excel and provide inspiration to the youth and the nation at large and most importantly to leave a legacy through Games.
Solly Reikeletseng Managing Director of Itekanele Health scheme and Chairperson of Botswana National Sports council (BNSC), he has impeccable credentials as an athlete, youth development advocate, and entrepreneur and sports administrator. As a member of the BAYGOC Committee Mr Reikeletseng provides a considered link between the games and the entire sporting fraternity in the country, he also provides leadership and insight aimed at making the games a success.
Jagdish Shah is responsible for finance, Legal & Auditing, Human Resources, His business background works well as it ensures that the BAYGOC delivers on its financial obligations. Mr Shah has wealth of experience managing multinational operations simultaneously with as proven by his prove business background; he is expected to guide the BAYGOC towards efficient financial discipline until the completion of the games.
Kenneth Molosi is the Chief Executive Officer of EOH Consulting, a leading local management consultancy, through his involvement in various consultancies, Mr Molosi has developed a wealth of strategic business and technology related expertise in the public and private sector (locally and regionally) which will contribute significantly to the BAYGOC’s initiative’s.
Pius Komane Bashwa Molefe has been Managing Director Botswana Society (BBS) since January 2004; he was involved in the establishment of the Botswana stock exchange and has interacted with the Bank of Botswana (central bank) on the supervision of commercial banks and the abolition of the foreign exchange controls, the keen golfer’s leadership nous and range of talents within in making the BAYGOC an efficient, financially viable and accountable entity.
Letsholo Masterpiece Letsholo is a member of the BAYGOC’s Finance, Legal and Audit Committee and acting Botswana National Olympic Committee (BNOC) treasurer, he has extensive training and experience in Administration and Accounting within the public service, his service to sports within the field of financer has equipped him to guide the BAYGOC’s Finance, Legal an Audit Committee in its functions.
Tiny Kgatlawane is Chief Executive officer Of BIFM, the Largest Investment Management Company in the country with assets under management of over P20 billion, she is an expert in Banking, Pensions and Assets management, her experience in management and finance positions her well to take part in management functions of the BAYGOC, at her leisure, Tiny enjoys being involved in sporting activities.
Dr Dele Akpata is a senior lecture in the department of Physical education and Recreation at the University of Botswana where he has also served as Director of Culture, Sports and recreation, he is an International basketball Federation (FIBA) Coach Instructor and the Secretary general of the confederation of University and College Sports Association (CUCSA), Southern Africa (Zone 6). His extensive leadership and sterling sports administration record is an excellent resource for the BAYGOC, the Botswana National Sports Council (BNSC) award winner is happily married with four children.
Keitumetse Setlang is the head of Public Relations and Communications of the Botswana Tourism Organization responsible for the function globally , her extensive experience in Sports Tourism and communications lends itself well for her role as the chairman of the marketing and International Relations Subcommittee for the BAYGOC.
Moses Moruisi is lecturer in the Department of physical Education, Health and Recreation at the University of Botswana, he has extensive sport experience as an athlete, coach and sports administrator, he is a member of the BAYGOC.
Billy Topo Sekgororoane is general Manager of Multi Choice Botswana, a business leader of repute, he brings extensive leadership and strategic management experience leadership from the oil and television industries, he is a member of the BAYGOC Board and offers strategic insight in building relationship with stakeholders.
Lorato Mosetlhanyane is an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team, she brings 17 years accounting experience in the corporate world, she is the founder and owner of Pinnalead (PTY) LTD, she brings a wealth of know –how from the corporate world and her being an integral coach into BAYGOC.
Jefferson Siamisang is a Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture, holding the portfolios of youth and sport, he is also a sport enthusiast, as a member of the board he provides a crucial link between the committee and the ministry and advises on government policy positions.
Ndineni Myson Mbuso is the chief Education Officer- Regional operations in the Ministry Of Education and Skills development; he is a member of the board.
Tuelo Daniel Serufho is the CEO of the Botswana National Olympic Committee (BNOC), a sport enthusiast, he brings his vast experience in sports as a player coach and administrator locally and internationally, he is the Chief Executive Officer of the BAYGOC and his experience and leadership credentials are invaluable in this position.
